About Us

ApplianceRepairKlamathFalls.com is a small, owner-operated appliance repair team based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We’re not a national call center dispatching whoever’s closest — we’re a local crew of 2 to 5 technicians who know the housing stock in  Klamath Falls, Altamont, Keno, Merrill, and Malin, and who show up in our own service vehicles, stocked with the parts we need to fix most jobs on the first visit.

We started this business because too many people in Klamath County were stuck choosing between waiting weeks for a big-box repair contractor or replacing an appliance that only needed a $40 part. We built our process around speed, honesty about cost, and doing the diagnostic work properly before any repair begins.

Why Choose Us?

Focus On Getting Our Jobs Done Quickly

Our technicians have spent the last 10 years working specifically on residential and commercial appliances — refrigerators, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and garbage disposals — across all the major brands homeowners in this area actually own: Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Bosch, and Sub-Zero/Wolf.

That experience shows up in how we work a job:

Professional technician repairing a refrigerator in a Klamath Falls, OR home to restore reliable cooling performance.

Our Promise

We tell you what’s actually wrong, we give you a real number before we start, and we use parts that hold up. If a repair isn’t worth doing — for example, if it would cost more than half the price of a new unit — we’ll tell you that too, even if it means a smaller job for us.

If your refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, or disposal needs attention, call (541) 919-6888 for a same-day or next-day appointment, or send us a message through our contact page.

Certifications

Our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification, which is the federal requirement for legally and safely handling refrigerants in appliances like refrigerators and freezers — relevant any time a repair involves a sealed cooling system. We’re insured, and we keep our technicians current on manufacturer-specific training as appliance technology changes (digital control boards, smart appliances, and brand-specific diagnostic codes look different now than they did even five years ago).

Why We're Built for Klamath County Specifically

We're a mobile-only operation — you won't find a storefront, because our model is built around coming to you. We serve:

Klamath Falls — downtown, Moore Park, and surrounding residential neighborhoods (97601, 97603)
Altamont (97603)
Keno (97627)
Merrill (97633)
Malin (97632):

If you're near Klamath Lake, OIT, or the Klamath County Fairgrounds, you're in our normal coverage area, not on the edge of it. Knowing the area means fewer surprises — we know which neighborhoods have older electrical panels, which subdivisions tend to have specific builder-grade appliance models, and how weather here affects things like dryer vents and outdoor-adjacent units.
